OverviewNorton Gold Fields is seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our HSEC team and play a key role in the upgrade, integration and ongoing optimisation of our safety and compliance systems across site operations. Currently, we are progressing development plans to develop a series of expansion projects in the region.Our vision is to be the leading gold producer, setting the industry benchmark in safety, teamwork, innovation, operational efficiency, and cost control.About the RoleYou will scope, plan and implement HSEC system updates and integrations, including platforms such as Evotix360, Rapid Global, Gallagher and a HSEC data warehouse. You will also provide dedicated system administration support to the HSEC team and site operations to ensure effective safety management and legislative compliance.ResponsibilitiesScope, plan and deliver HSEC system update and integration projectsProvide expert advice on policies, systems and proceduresIdentify gaps and drive improvements across HSEC documentation and processesEngage with internal stakeholders, third-party system vendors and project teamsCollect user requirements and perform business analysis activitiesSupport audits, reporting and compliance obligationsProvide regular progress reporting and system supportRequired SkillsExperience implementing or supporting safety/compliance systemsMinimum 1 year software development and/or project experience (Java desirable)Familiarity with SQL databases and data management best practicesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of WorkSafe legislation and regulationsMining industry experience (highly desirable)Current C Class Manual Drivers LicenceAPPLY NOW...
