Our culture values engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.About The RoleAs a Project Manager in AMTs Project Management Office, you will oversee the delivery of engineering and new product development projects from concept through to production release. You will coordinate crossfunctional resources, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stagegates, and ensure successful delivery against time, cost, and quality targets. This is a permanent, fulltime position based in Bayswater, Victoria.Key ResponsibilitiesLead endtoend engineering and product development projectsManage multiple concurrent projects with time, cost, and quality accountabilityDrive crossfunctional delivery across design, testing, and production releaseManage full endtoend project delivery across the entire lifecycle, from requirements and design through to prototype, testing, production release, and project closureDefine requirements, scope, business cases, and risks with project stakeholdersPlan and manage project schedules, milestones, stagegates, and reviewsLead project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to required quality standardsStructure programs into clear projects and work packages aligned to business objectivesCoordinate concept development, detailed design, prototyping, testing, and production releaseMaintain accurate and visible project documentation and reportingIdentify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectationsPromote project management best practice and continuous improvementEssential Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree (Engineering preferred)Demonstrated experience delivering complex engineering product development projects endtoendIndustry experience in industrial manufacturing, automotive, defence, medical, or similar complex electromechanical environmentsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesStrong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skillsAustralian work rightsPreferred SkillsProject management certification (PMP/PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile)Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilityUnderstanding of procurement, manufacturing, and assembly processesSalary & BenefitsThe salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
