This means you need to be curious, self-driven, comfortable with genuine autonomy, and a superstar at building relationships.In this dynamic role, you will provide expert advice and coaching, working with senior leaders and the broader team to develop and continue to innovate our leading and highly respected people strategy. The role will work closely and collaborate with your colleagues in the People and Culture team to build on our strong culture.Key ResponsibilitiesP&C advisory: Offer strategic advice and coaching to senior leaders, helping them execute effective people strategies.Innovation and development: Collaborate with leaders to continuously innovate and enhance our culture and team member growth and development.Employee lifecycle: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for our team members.Relationship building: Foster strong, trusting relationships with leaders and colleagues, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.Autonomy and initiative: Embrace the autonomy of the role, taking initiative and driving projects from idea to execution without the need for rigid guidelines.Team collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues in the People and Culture team as well as other internal Mantel teams to build on our strong principles-based culture, sharing insights and best practices.Professional conduct: Use professional judgement while treating colleagues and clients with respect and compassion, and align with Mantel principles.What youll need to be successful5+ years generalist People and Culture experience with demonstrated ability to lead and implement strategies to build and maintain a great cultureAbility to develop strong relationships with and influence senior leaders and provide all types of HR adviceDemonstrates sound judgement, resilience, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional workplace.Ability to work autonomously with stakeholders, being confident and comfortable to advise and make decisions with minimal supportYou are client focused and you get stuff done, you are comfortable with a level of ambiguity and working at pace to make things happenExperience in a similar role within a people first business environment would be ideal, for example fast moving technology or digital focused organisationsComprehensive knowledge of HR principles, best practices, employment laws, and regulations.At Mantel, we want you to be yourself.
