With 80 years of experience, Cordina continues to bring new concepts to the market and help customers create their own unique point of difference.ResponsibilitiesHands on supervision of day-to-day operation of the distribution team;Hands on supervision of all packing of orders and loading of vehicles;Monitoring and assisting with team workloads where required;Overseeing staff to ensure high levels of productivityManaging stock movements & rotationEnsuring optimum pick rates and accuracyEnsuring all aspects of customer orders are fulfilledManaging all staffing including rosteringManagement of all cool room operationsCo-ordinate cleaning of distribution and Cool room areasOverseeing housekeeping of distribution areaReceipting of goodsMaintaining facility requirements to HACCP standards and WHS complianceWorking closely with all key stakeholders to maintain a smooth transition of workflow between each shiftMaintain collaboration between the clerks and warehouse staffAssisting the DC Operations Manager and the Distribution & Warehouse Manager with Training processAny other duties assigned by the DC Operations Manager or the Distribution & Warehouse ManagerQualificationsMinimum 1-2 years supervisory experience requiredCertificate III in Distribution and / or WarehousingAustralian work authorisation is required for this positionExperience in DispatchAbility to work under pressure and within tight time framesExcellent organization and multi-tasking skills to drive process improvement and develop a committed teamExperience in Poultry Processing industry and Food Manufacturing industry is highly regardedHow to applyTo apply please click the ''''Apply Now'''' button below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
