As an Enrolled Nurse in our Acute, Subacute, or Residential Nursing Service areas, youll work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to deliver highquality personcentred care. This role is pivotal in supporting holistic care and maintaining excellent nursing standards in a dynamic clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister nursing care in consultation with the Registered Nurse.Plan, implement, and evaluate high standards of nursing care and service delivery.Participate in patient/resident-focused care under Registered Nurse supervision.Perform nursing functions in accordance with your level of competence and educational preparation.Support the clinical units management to ensure effective and efficient operations.Contribute to quality healthcare and continuous professional development.Skills & ExperienceEligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA and hold a current Practicing Certificate.Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills appropriate to experience level.Strong time management and organisational skills.Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.Demonstrated ability to use Information Communication Technology.This line previously indicated pay details.
