This is your chance to join a well-established Frozen Food company with a large portfolio of well-known national brands, such as Shore Mariner, Markwell, Butlers, Big Country, Blue Sea''s, Ardo, Love Smoothies. We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate a successful career to date, ideally working within the Food Service Industry in a managerial capacity, focused on developing both the business and its people. The candidate will be the face of the Markwell Foods business in WA, with overall responsibility for the results delivered within the State. Super and Vehicle Allowance (Bonus Opportunity) Full Time Position Semi-Autonomous Key Responsibilities The employee will be expected to personally handle the day-to-day sales to some Key Accounts, whilst also managing a state-based sales team. Overall responsibility for sales within the State including the expansion of the customer base. Plan, implement and execute distributor & end user activity driving both state and national priorities & objectives. Liaise with Accounts Receivable to ensure all debtors are within terms incl timely actioning of credits / claims. Allocate / Re-allocate accounts within the team as required to maximise the opportunity. Conduct monthly reviews with all direct reports. Liaise with Divisional Managers regarding forecast demand and procurement, promotional planning, ranging, pricing or administrative requirements. Produce a monthly sales report / state update to management within agreed timelines. Previous experience in the Food Service Industry is essential, with knowledge of at least one of the product categories that Markwell Foods represent. A passion for food with the ability to convey that to others Excellent communication and relationship building skills A outgoing and resilient personality, with a self-motivated, autonomous approach to work The ability to lead a team from the front. Excellent planning and organizational skills and experience in sales / account / people management is essential.
