Works include major concrete structures, wharf and hardstand construction, and specialist marine activities. The project will increase regional capacity and support long-term economic development. Our team is focused on safe delivery, collaboration, and quality outcomes for our client and community. About the Opportunity You will lead day-to-day supervision of concrete and FRP works across Lumsden Point. You will coordinate crews, manage subcontractors, monitor productivity, and drive safe work outcomes. You will ensure quality standards are met, support planning, and keep delivery on schedule. This role suits someone who leads from the front, solves issues early, and communicates clearly with site engineers and project leaders. Key accountabilities Lead concrete and FRP crews to meet daily targets Drive safe work practices and stop unsafe work Coordinate materials, plant, and subcontractors Inspect formwork, reinforcement, and pours for quality Report progress and flag issues early Support planning for upcoming works Maintain tidy, compliant work areas Capabilities and experience we are looking for 5+ years'' experience working in a Supervisory role on large civil infrastructure projects Previous experience delivering concrete/structures packages including Pre-cast and in-situ pours Ability to work independently to organise and prioritise current programs and scheduled works Proven communicator who can lead, train and influence positively those around them What we offer FIFO rosters: two weeks on/one week off An attractive 30% uplift Camp style accommodation and meals provided during your time onsite in Port Hedland You will join a business that delivers complex civil, marine, and transport projects across Australia.
