You will work with stakeholders to support the Hunter MJH team by driving compliance and guiding development decisions. More specifically, you will: Be responsible for reviewing our clients plans at the quotation stage to ensure all proposed houses are fully compliant Develop and prepare the Statement of Environment Effects Where necessary, work with local government officials, certifiers, and external suppliers to achieve the required compliant outcome for proposals (DA/CDC) Prepare reports and provide feedback to the Sales Drafting/Estimating/Consultants on findings and recommendations Review and evaluate development proposals to ensure compliance with local regulations and policies Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on land use and development issues About you You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australias number one residential builder and be aligned with our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate: Tertiary qualification in Town Planning or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience in town planning Knowledge of local and state regulations related to land use and development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team We are committed to building an inclusive workplace.
