Overview Our client are seeking a dedicated State Sales Manager, NSW to lead and drive sales growth within the Residential Building industry. This role is based in Northmead and requires strong expertise in Timber and the residential market! Responsibilities Execute the sales plan to achieve business objectives across New South Wales. Lead from the front by being on the road and generating strong sales opportunities, whilst assisting BDM''s in the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify and explore new business opportunities within the residential construction industry. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the CEO and GM. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Qualifications Proven experience in sales within the residential construction industry. Expertise in Timber and Building Supplies. A strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships. Experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets is a plus. A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in analysing market data and competitor insights. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. A valid driver''s licence.
