Responsibilities As the Junior Apprentice Butcher, you will have the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills within the Butchery industry assisting in the below tasks, but not limited to: Work closely with the team to learn all aspects of becoming a successful butcher Provide exceptional service to our valued customers Ensure that meat recipes are followed properly during preparation Cut, trim and shape standard cuts of meat to size Assemble and operate mincers, grinders, mixers, patty-forming or sausage forming machines Work Environment Bush''s Fresh Meats have well over 100 years of experience in the industry, a business enriched with family history. Bush''s Fresh Meats caters for the traditional customer as well as an extensive range of gourmet products providing the community with the highest quality products. To suit this role you will be a junior apprentice eager, reliable and have a passion for all things meat. You will take pride in your presentation, have good communication skills and seek out opportunities to learn in your everyday duties.
