Working a4/3 3/4 roster, you''ll operate cutting-edge AI feeding technology that keeps our salmon healthy and our oceans thriving. The roster involves working Wednesday to Saturday in week 1, and Thursday to Saturday in week 2.What you''ll doMonitor and control daily feeds for our fish pens using advanced Pellet Recognition Software.Identify and report unusual fish behaviour, environmental changes, or equipment issues.Review data such as feed rates, mortalities, and fish weights to identify performance trends.Communicate with marine teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.About youComfortable with early starts (from 4:45 am) or evening finishes (up to 9:30 pm).Calm under pressure, analytical, and great at problem-solving.Strong communicator who enjoys teamwork and takes pride in attention to detail.Confident using technology and keen to continuously improve.Why Huon?When you join Huon, you become part of a company that''s driving the future of sustainable seafood.
