Located in Central Victoria 120kms from Melbourne CBD the Seymour Club is a popular social and community club with facilities including restaurant, bars and lounges, function/conference area and gaming room.The Club is seeking to appoint a chef to join the existing kitchen team. Restaurant service is Tuesday Sunday with functions arranged. This is a full-time position, including weekends, days and nights on a rotating roster. Conditions as per the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award.Your duties will include:Roles and Responsibilities Manage all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking and clean up Manage, motivate, lead and develop the Kitchen team Delegate the tasks to the kitchen staff and inform the wait staff on Today''s specials and Chef''s specials.
