Proven supervision experience in a mine site environment. Strong understanding of civil and building construction principles. Ability to lead and manage crews while building a healthy site culture. Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. Demonstrated experience in risk management, safety inspections, and statutory reporting. Immediate start Key Responsibilities As the appointed Schedule 26 Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022, including statutory duties for worker supervision and risk management. Your role will include: Leading and managing the site-based workforce and subcontractors. Coordinating and scheduling daily works to meet project milestones. Maintaining positive client relationships and acting as the key site interface. Driving a safety-first culture, ensuring all personnel meet health and safety obligations. Conducting toolbox talks, prestart meetings, and statutory safety briefings. Implementing and monitoring risk controls, hazard reporting, and corrective actions. Overseeing quality control in line with drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements. Reporting incidents, hazards, non-conformances, and participating in investigations. Maintaining statutory records and supporting the SSE/Project Manager with WHS reporting. Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and disciplines (civil, mechanical, plumbing) to deliver integrated outcomes. First Aid trained. High Risk Work Licence. Experience in mine camp construction, NPI works, and modular builds. Compliance Requirements Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
