The work is sophisticated, fast-paced and highly visible - providing exposure to projects and assets that define the Australian market.You will be a trusted legal advisor across some of the most significant and recognisable developments in Australia and Western Australia, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice in a collaborative and high-performing environment.Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:Providing strategic legal advice across property, construction, and hospitality projects in WA and nationallyDrafting, negotiating and advising on complex contracts, tenders and project documentationWorking closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to drive successful outcomesThis role will suit a driven, commercially astute lawyer with approximately 815 years PAE, gained within a top-tier or national law firm and/or a high-calibre in-house environment.
