Working closely with your Assistant Centre Manager and Head of Curriculum, you will focus on building team capability, driving quality outcomes and supporting sustainable occupancy growth. Key Responsibilities Lead centre opening and operational setup Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with Regulations and the NQS Recruit, lead, mentor and develop a high performing team Build a positive and values driven centre culture Establish strong relationships with families and the local community Drive occupancy growth and long term centre success Maintain a safe inclusive and high quality learning environment Lead continuous improvement and quality uplift initiatives About You Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Manager Experience leading medium to large services highly regarded Strong leadership organisational and operational capability In depth knowledge of Childrens Services Regulations and National Quality Standards Proven ability to mentor inspire and retain teams Excellent communication and relationship building skills Current First Aid Asthma and Anaphylaxis Food Safety Supervisor Current Working with Children Check and Police Check Our Values Inspiring and Nurturing Building Trust Empowering Excellence Connecting Communities We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and culturally respectful environment for all children and families.
