The opportunity This role blends commercial leadership, strategic foresight and hands-on execution. Reporting to the CEO Group Remuneration Services, and leading a national team of senior relationship, sales and business development leaders, the GM Client Engagement will: Own and execute the long-term client engagement and growth strategy across GRS Drive revenue, retention and participation growth across major contracts and portfolios Lead high-value negotiations, tenders, renewals and commercial frameworks Strengthen MMSs market positioning through senior stakeholder, government and industry engagement About you You are a commercially astute, high-energy leader who brings structure, clarity and momentum to complex sales environments. You are known for lifting capability, sharpening execution and engaging confidently at senior levels.
