About the role Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Brand Manager have the opportunity to drive a $100M market leading brand across ANZ as well as coach, mentor and develop an Assistant Brand Manager. The role is truly 360 in nature, along with high strategic in nature with a focus on brand building for long term growth. This will see you lead a major brand refresh including new communications platform, creative and media strategy (with a focus on tapping into new channels and ways of thinking, in particular digital and social, to recruit new consumers) to build brand love, drive loyalty and trade up with stronger brand storytelling and emotive connection. You will also lead the development of the innovation strategy to expand the brand into new segments and categories, with the support of the ABM to deliver. This role will best suit a candidate with Prior experience at a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level within the FMCG space, ideally with brand repositioning and brand development experience Strong brand building and communications management experience, leveraging non-traditional channels such as social, shopper and digital Ability to be both strategic and hands on in your role, driving from ideation to execution Disruptive thinkers who are keen to challenge the status quo and do things differently Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship building, communication and influence skills Culture The business pride themselves on their nimble, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment which promotes thinking outside the box and doing things differently, as well as their people-first culture, offering flexibility, development and career progression which brings a genuine sense of belonging and satisfaction and long tenure within the business.
