Opportunity Our Art Director (contract) will be responsible for the implementation and day-to-day management of our brands'' assets including store environment, website and digital platforms. Working very closely with our Managing Director and many internal teams and external stakeholders, you will lead the production of content and e-commerce for photographic shoots, leading pre-styling and creation of content shoot, keeping true to Sportsgirl''s core brand values. With a strong understanding of the creative process and photographic production, you will be hands-on on set, communicating effectively and thinking creatively to problem solve to ensure the vision is brought to life and deliverables are met. This is an awesome full time, 6 month contract role. Responsibilities Lead art direction for expression of purpose photo shoots (including attending creative calls & casting) Work with Managing Director on post shoot notes Lead production of content and e-commerce for photographic shoots (including model selection) Ideate twice yearly concept for in-store overheads department shoot Attend monthly briefing with creative agency Lead pre-styling and creation of content shoot shot doc and select retouching notes Attend range handover meetings and confirm digital communications Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers To be successful in this role, you must have Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication or relevant field is desirable Previous Photographic production experience Relevant experience in the Retail industry or Agency Problem solving and decision making skills Experience working and liaising with external agencies and partners Influencing and relationship building skills Highly organised and effective time management skills Why Sportsgirl Join a Certified B Corporation and become a member of a dynamic and purpose-driven company.
