The Opportunity We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our team in our beautiful location in Rosebrook, Rosebud VIC; we are seeking an experienced person who enjoys leading by example and is passionate about quality care. Your role as a General Manager within the Bolton Clarke group is to lead and inspire people to deliver great care in our homes in a commercially sustainable and person-centred way that delivers in making every day the best it can be. As a General Manager you strive to maintain and enhance residents health and well-being, capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity and safety. You inspire the clinical and care teams, you are an ambassador of respect, integrity, innovation, passion, teamwork and accountability. We are seeking a talented, customer focused, well organised General Manager to manage all aspects of the day to day running of this aged care Home.
