The Opportunity As a Project Director, youll lead frontend planning, design governance, consultant management and client advisory on major health projects. Youll ensure all design outputs align with AHFG and HIQ Capital Infrastructure Requirements, working closely with executives, clinicians, architects and engineers. What Youll Lead Lead and chair design meetings, user groups and consultant coordination Ensure design compliance with AHFG & HIQ frameworks Oversee feasibility, scoping, business cases and governance plans Lead Safety in Design (SID) processes Manage consultants and design deliverables Develop PM plans, master programs and key reporting What You Bring Strong knowledge of AHFG and HIQ Capital Infrastructure Requirements Proven ability to run design meetings independently Experience in earlyphase planning, design coordination & governance Highlevel communication and stakeholder management skills 7+ years in design management, PM, clientside advisory or health infrastructure Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management Why this role matters Youll help shape the hospitals and health facilities that communities will rely on for decades - guiding teams through critical design decisions that directly influence patient care and operational performance.
