The Role Working as a Trade Hub Administrator, this role is ideal for a qualified Carpenter (Cert III) looking to move off the tools and into an office-based position with future progression into site-based roles. You will be responsible for managing trade allocation workflows, subcontractor purchase orders, and supporting construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Key responsibilities - Managing trade desk allocation workflows - Booking jobs inline with company policies - Managing subcontractor purchase orders - Escalating issues to the Trade Hub Manager - Conducting daily integrations - Uploading purchase orders - Liaising with Supervisors - Managing distribution of construction locks, keys and uniforms - Onboarding new vendors - Monitoring and maintaining vendor compliance in BuildSafe including insurances, licenses and SWMS - Approving or rejecting vendor compliance submissions - Inputting site coordinates About You - You will hold a Carpentry Certificate III and have hands-on experience within the residential building industry. - Certificate IV in Building and Construction is advantageous but not essential. - You are highly organised, confident communicating with trades and supervisors, and comfortable working across multiple systems. - You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, are motivated, composed under pressure, and able to use initiative in a fast-paced environment. - Computer literacy and a willingness to contribute as part of a collaborative team are essential.
