What youll do As our Regional Manager, youll: - Lead the delivery of high-quality Disability & Ageing services across your region, ensuring people receive support that genuinely improves their lives. - Support and mentor Service Delivery Leads, bringing teams together and building a culture where collaboration thrives. - Align regional service delivery with genUs strategic direction, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, implementing best practices and navigating change confidently. - Foster strong relationships with staff, clients, families and community stakeholders to build engagement and trust. - Represent genU within the Tasmanian community, leveraging local knowledge to enhance service outcomes. - Travel as required to support teams, services and community connections across the region. What youll bring - Tertiary qualification in disability or related field or a minimum Certificate IV in Disability with substantial experience. - Experience leading teams in disability, ageing or human services, with a strong understanding of the sector and its compliance landscape. - A calm, confident leadership style that inspires teams, builds capability and brings people along with change. - Current Australian Drivers License. (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
