This pivotal role provides strategic leadership across the entire ELC to Year 12 community, ensuring alignment of academic, cocurricular, and pastoral programs with the Colleges vision and values. While the Deputy Principal influences wholeofCollege strategy and culture, their direct operational responsibility is focused on the Torrens Park Campus (Years 712). In this capacity, the role leads the growth and sustainability of an exceptional secondary education environment, with strategic and operational oversight of key areas of a broad and diverse College life. The ideal candidate will be a highly relational and visible leader, deeply engaged with students, staff, and the broader community. The appointee will bring strong executive experience, building on their demonstrable capacity as an outstanding educator.
