Job Description This is a fantastic opportunity for those with passion about the Hospitality Industry and a natural ability to surprise and delight our guests. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:Cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotel''sstandards for guest arrivalsEnsuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctlyAssist the Housekeeping team through the delivery of all hotel linen, chemicals, laundry, deliveries and heavy/lifting workEnsure high standards of property presentation, hygiene and cleanliness. Ensure economic use of chemicals and linenPerforming any basic maintenance, or report and coordinate major maintenance requirementsUsing appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintainedEnsuring high standards of property presentation, hygiene and cleanlinessEnsure all corridors are free of trays, linen trolleys or cagesAssist with the removal of rollaway beds and cotsAssist guests with general enquiries QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar roleA friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfactionStrong attention to detail with a passion for hospitalityA hands-on and pro-active work ethic and you enjoy getting things doneGood communication and time management skills with a friendly personalityKnowledge of appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes, ensuring safe work practices are always adhered toAvailability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays Additional Information Why Work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
