Company Description Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today''s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children''s development through play in fun, engaging environments.We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.Job Description Join us at Helping Hands Pimpama as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children.This permanent part-time role offers 34 hours per week , including 5 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills.You''ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:15-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 2:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play) ?? About the Role As an OSHC Coordinator , you''ll be leading a team of Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.This role is all about leadership: You''ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program , filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts all designed to inspire and engage.You''ll take full ownership of your team''s roster , manage day-to-day operations , ensure compliance , and handle admin tasks all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth .With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team , you''ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.What''s In It for You???
