About the Role As an OSHC Coordinator , you''ll be leading a team of Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.This role is all about leadership: You''ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program , filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts all designed to inspire and engage.You''ll take full ownership of your team''s roster , manage day-to-day operations , ensure compliance , and handle admin tasks all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth .With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team , you''ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.What''s In It for You???
