As an end-to-end logistics provider, everyday our people - on our vessels, at ports, at our depots and warehouses, and in our trucks and offices - play a vital role connecting Tasmanian businesses and communities.Through daily sea freight services between Port of Melbourne in Victoria and Port of Burnie in Tasmania, our world-class ships connect the Tasmanian economy and communities with customers, suppliers and markets across Australia and, in turn, the world.Description About the RoleThis is not a traditional desk-only admin role.As an Administration Officer, you''ll sit at the centre of our shipping and container repair operations keeping daily workflows organised, records accurate and communication flowing across depot, workshop and operations teams.Your work directly supports payroll inputs, compliance, safety administration and repair coordination, helping ensure our operations run safely, efficiently and on time.What You''ll DoProcess daily worksheets across wash bay and workshop operationsSupport labour coordination, scheduling and timesheet processingMaintain accurate data and documentation across operational systems (e.g. D365, Done Safe, ELMO)Provide responsive admin support to depot, rail yard and workshop teamsBe a key contact point for internal and customer repair enquiriesSupport WHS, Dangerous Goods and Chain of Responsibility administrationMaintain registers, checklists and audit-ready compliance recordsPrepare reports, KPIs and performance summariesSupport onboarding and provide cover during peak periods or leaveSkills And Experiences What You''ll BringSolid experience in an administration or operations support roleStrong attention to detail and confidence managing data and documentationClear, professional communication skillsThe ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, operational environmentStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelPreferred Additional Skillsand Experience:Experience in logistics, shipping, workshops or depot environmentsUnderstanding of safety or compliance frameworksAdvanced Excel or reporting capabilityAn inclusive workplace, works for everyoneWe celebrate difference.
