Responsibilities include building financialmodels and undertaking financial analysis including business cases andvaluations, in addition to leveraging NMG''s proprietary insights and researchto generate analysis.The broad range of projects covered demandshigh-level skills in research and analysis along with exceptional clientliaison abilities. Working within asmall consulting team, you will draw on the collective expertise and resourceswithin the other divisions within the NMG Group in order to fully exploit our"information advantage" and improve the quality and clarity of clientdecisions. Assisting in building the economicrationale for portfolio reorganisation or divestmentExecuting Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances: Assisting in the evaluation of alternativeexecution paths; working with clients in target selection for M&A activityand due diligence through to valuation, integration planning and execution, inaddition to advising on alternative routes of distribution via affinity andstrategy partnerships as a component of a multi-channel strategyYOUR EXPERIENCEThe successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate:A relevant tertiary qualification, additional qualifications orhonours valuedMore than two years'' experience in Financial Services, preferably within insurance, reinsurance or wealthmanagementExceptional quantitative abilities, business modelling and analyticalskillsExcellent attentionto detail and high quality standardsAbility to prioritise competing demands and organise work flows clearly,and liaising with global teamsStrong interpersonalskills with an ability to engage with clients and present clear argumentsExcellent writtencommunication skillsCurious, flexible and learning-orientedAstrategic and creative thinker who is highly self-motivated, capable ofindependent and team workHighlevel of enthusiasm for the industry, a positive attitude, energetic approach,curiosity and willingness to learnHigh proficiency inMicrosoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
