You''ll cut complexity, improve tools, standardize processes, and turn insights into real change.You''ll dive into risk data to uncover trends, spotlight gaps and drive better decisions. You''ll also help shape our threeyear strategy, support workforce planning, and strengthen financial oversight, making sure we''ve got the right people and capability where it matters most.If you love solving problems, lifting maturity and creating impact across an organisation, this role puts you right at the heart of shaping Technology Risk at ING.What you''ll do Drive transformation across Technology Risk & Control by streamlining risk processes, introducing automation, and lifting overall risk outcomes.
