This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare coordination while working in a supportive, hybrid environment with comprehensive training provided.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule clinical staff appointments to meet customer needsMake daily changes to schedules as needed, ensuring customers receive timely careRespond to scheduling change requests from clinicians and customersLiaise with third-party providers when additional clinical staff are neededUse scheduling systems (Salesforce and other platforms) to manage appointments and maintain accurate recordsProvide administrative support including managing emails and answering callsCommunicate with team leaders about staffing needs and availabilityEnsure all customer and staff information is kept up-to-date and accurateWhat You BringExperience in scheduling and rostering environments (highly desirable).Sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices.Initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and empathy with customers and relatives.Compliance with relevant screening requirements eg Qualifications, Working Rights and other regulatory checks required.Certificate III or above qualification in community, aged care or administration is desirable.
