This includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and support for individuals experiencing mental health issues, with a focus on promoting mental well-being and recovery.DutiesComplete intake with high-risk/complex Clients assessed to be suitable for the programs.Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.Ensure assessments (screening, risk, intake, ATOMIC, and IUIH Social Health Care Pathway) are completed with clients using the designated tools and practice approach.Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Engage in ongoing professional development and training.Provide clinical support to Care Coordinators.CultureEnjoy working in an organisation that makes a difference in the community. Join our friendly and supportStaying Deadly team that will help you grow personally and professionally.BenefitsBase Salary of $123,885 per annum Pro rata(Based on qualification and experience).12% Super + access to salary packaging (Increases your take home pay).Permanent Part Time position.Work for a leading Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, community-controlled organisation.COVID-19 RequirementImmunisation history showing you have receivedtwo doses of a Covid -19 vaccine is encouraged.Skills And ExperiencesBachelor of Psychology.Minimum of 5 yearsprofessional experiencein providing support and case coordination toClientswith complexmental health presentations.ANDDemonstrated ability to applya high levelof practice judgement when working with clients in setting and achieving goals.Ability to work with a culturally and socially diverse group of clients, and to apply a culturally responsive framework to guide interventions, with the support of staff and management.Ability to work with diverse people and presentations in providing case managed, recovery-orientedsupports.Demonstrated ability in coordinating multipleprogramsin providing access to holistic care for clients, particularly integratinginternal and external supports.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the factors contributing to vulnerability, disengagement, and intergenerational trauma of client group.Experience with case management forhigh riskand/or crisis clients, with high-level planning and organisational skills.Demonstrated ability to work with a minimum of direction and to effectively communicate with and work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and to contribute to the development of creative and innovative services.Additional RequirementsNational Police Certificate.Driver''s Licence.AHPRA Registration.Evidence of Work Rights.Medicare provider Number(where relevant).Travel between work sites on a regular basis.Travel to work in the community on a regular basis.PreferredPost graduate qualifications in mental health.Previousexperience in a multi-disciplinary team environment.Previousexperience working in an Aboriginal Medical Service.How to applyIf this sounds like you, please submit your application by following the links on the recruitment page.
