Working alongside our established teams at Forestville and Cromer, we are seeking an experienced educator ready to advance their career with the Y.Schedule RequirementsYou will need to be available for a minimum of 3 afternoon shifts per week to be considered for this role.About Your New RoleYou will provide fun and engaging activities for primary school-age childrenReporting to the Coordinators of our OSHC centres, you will be one of over 200 educators who support children across NSWYou will be able to follow our development pathways to learn new skills and build your careerAbout YouY NSW staff love supporting their communities, and our educators innovate learning every dayY NSW OSHC Educators are motivated to develop children outside of the classroomEveryone at the Y NSW ensures that we provide supportive service for familiesEveryone at the Y NSW is committed to safeguarding and hosting safe learning environmentsEssential RequirementsExperience supervising and interacting with childrenAbility to follow safeguarding prioritiesA strong understanding of the curriculum or willing to learnCurrent First Aid HLTAID012 - Provide an emergency response in an education and care setting and CPRValid Working with Children CheckPolice Check (paid for by the Y)Desirable QualificationsIdentify and Report Children and Young People at Risk CHCPRT025This is an exceptional opportunity to join a respected organization that values professional development and community impact.
