We have been operating for 40 years and employ over 250people.Description About the role Stabilised Pavements of Australia is seeking to employ skilled operators into our business based out of Victoria. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for the field operation of heavy plant on projects across VIC. The role can be a mix of operating our specialised stabilisers, spreaders, watercarts and rollers.Duties Work to set instructionsOperate machinery in a safe a technically correct mannerManage plant maintenance and cleanlinessDaily reportingSkills & experience HR licenceA focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Be able to demonstrate suitable experience in plant operation.Be prepared to travel throughout VIC (and possibly interstate)Experience on a variety of road construction plant and civil construction will be a distinct advantage, including tickets for Stabiliser and Spreader operations.
