Your day will be varied and meaningful, including:Organisingthe accurate lodgement and assessment of training contracts, incentive claims, and loan payments in line with state and federal government requirements and performance targets.Conducting quality checks on training contracts, government forms, and related documentation to ensure all information is correct before processing.Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and thorough documentation of file notes.Sorting, logging, and recording incoming and outgoing mail within required timeframes.Maintaining organised electronic and hardcopy filing systems to support efficient access, data integrity, and secure file management.Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated service team, contributing to a positive and valuesdriven workplace culture.Managing your own workload effectively to meet deadlines and achieve KPIs set by the General Manager Apprenticeships.Upholding child safety principles and organisational policies to ensure the wellbeing of children and young people.Supporting the organisation with additional tasks as required to help drive overall success.This role is full time fixed term until 30 June 2026.
