This role partners closely with development, automation, product, support and technical teams to define business requirements and shape the functional design, workflow and user experience of new and enhanced product features.You will work with product managers and customers to interpret business needs, translate them into highquality documentation and user stories, and support effective delivery outcomes. You will also mentor other Business Analysts and help embed consistent bestpractice approaches.This will be a 6 month Contract.Responsibilities:Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, test data and supporting materials.Develop business requirements, functional specifications and highquality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Collaborate with Product, UX and Development teams to capture and document nonfunctional requirements.Maintain a holistic view of endtoend processes, identifying compliance and security risks.Contribute to the design, build and testing of applications that transform current business processes.Apply appropriate business analysis methodologiesplandriven, predictive, iterative or Agilebased on delivery needs.Produce highlevel and detailed business models, business cases and documentation.Support solution design and the implementation of new features across the product roadmap.Assess the organisational impact of changes and support stakeholder engagement.Coach and mentor Business Analysts on requirements gathering and documentation best practices.Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years'' experience in Business Analysis or a related discipline.Strong technical capability and understanding of software development within an Agile environment.Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, tools and delivery practices.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Expertise in SMSF Accounting and/or Auditing processes.Ability to simplify complex problems and articulate them clearly.Strong experience writing highquality, testable user stories.Excellent analytical, problemsolving and documentation skills.Strong understanding of APIs, data modelling, SQL and Power BI.Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS and onpremise environments.Knowledge of testing processes and quality control principles.Proficiency with Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Visio (or similar effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Is adaptable, resilient and comfortable navigating shifting priorities.Shows curiosity and embraces new learning opportunities.Communicates with clarity, influence and confidence.Takes ownership of outcomes and drives delivery excellence.Contributes to a culture of transformation, agility and continuous improvement.The Recruitment ProcessAcknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
