The role will be part time, 24 hours a week Monday - Friday. As a Customer Care Team member, you will be the voice of our Brand working across multiple channels including phone and email.You''ll spend your day confidently tackling a wide variety of Customer issues using empathy, understanding and problem-solving. You love a challenge and have the resilience to turn an unhappy Customer into our biggest fan.Our customers like to deal with real people so you won''t have a script you will need to rely on your natural empathy coupled with your professional Customer Service skills.To be successful in this role you need to have previous Customer Service Skills coupled with excellent technical Skills, a positive outlook, a friendly approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
