Your Role As a key leader on site, youll ensure daily production targets are met across safety, quality, and productivity, while working closely with Maintenance, Dispatch, Safety, and Quality. Leading a team of 4 direct reports, youll spend much of your time on the floorsupporting operators, understanding issues firsthand, and driving operational excellence.
