Overview Join the dedicated team at Zion Aged Care in Nundah, part of Lutheran Services, as an Enrolled Nurse. This is a meaningful opportunity for a clinically capable, collaborative nurse who thrives in a resident-focused environment to support older Queenslanders in living with dignity and purpose. Responsibilities - Administer medications within your scope of practice - Deliver direct care to residents based on individual support plans - Support assessment, care planning and evaluation in collaboration with RNs - Maintain accurate clinical documentation to support care plans, funding submissions, and care minute reporting Qualifications - Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA (Division 2 EN) - Experience in aged care or residential care settings (highly regarded) - Understanding of person-centred care principles - Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement - Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) - Current QLD Driver''s Licence - Current First Aid Certificate (highly desirable) Why Choose Us We offer salary packaging so you can enjoy up to $15,990 tax-free from your salary.
