SRG Global is seeking experienced Trade Assistants for a FIFO opportunity from Perth to South Australia. You will work closely with special class welders to ensure maintenance operations are carried out efficiently and safely. Flexibility - Day Shift Flat Rate: $60.00 - Casual Flat Rate - Immediate start - 10:4 roster The Opportunity - Assisting riggers and trades personnel with lifting and rigging tasks on fixed plant equipment such as tanks, hoppers, chutes, conveyors, and structural components. - Provided handson support during shutdowns and maintenance work, including preparation, removal, and installation of heavy plant components. - Helped set up and pack down equipment for dual lifts and complex rigging operations under the guidance of qualified personnel. - Worked alongside crane crews, mechanical fitters, and scaffolders to ensure smooth workflow and safe work practices on site. - Followed all site safety procedures, including those relating to highrisk activities, and ensured work areas were clean, safe, and compliant.
