Were seeking a Head of Business Controlling to lead a highperforming team in delivering critical budgeting, financial planning, reporting, analysis, governance, and audit oversight. What You/''ll Do: - Financial Leadership & Direction - Provide leadership and direction to ensure the Controlling Team supports the achievement of organisational objectives. - Recommend and drive improvements to organisational policies, processes, and reporting frameworks. - Budgeting & Financial Planning - Lead the development and delivery of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities. - Identify and communicate financial risks that may impact product or service quality. - Management Reporting & Insights - Oversee internal management reporting and deliver highquality financial insights to Management, the Board of Management, and key stakeholders. - Deliver financial analysis and advisory services to Divisions to support performance management. - Systems, Tools & Collaboration - Support IT in the development and maintenance of financial and reporting tools. - Partner with crossfunctional teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, and alignment across financial operations. What You/''ll Bring: Youll bring the technical depth, strategic capability, and leadership presence needed to guide a critical finance function. To thrive in this role, you will have: - Professional qualifications and experience Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Commerce, or related discipline, CPA or CA with proven leadership experience in controlling, finance, or accounting environments. - Expert financial management capability Deep experience across budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis, and performance management. - Advanced Excel & reporting skills Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and optimise complex financial models and reporting tools using advanced Excel functions. - Governance, audit & compliance strength Strong understanding of statutory reporting, internal controls, audit processes, and financial risk identification. - Stakeholder leadership & continuous improvement mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, collaborate crossfunctionally, and drive operational excellence.
