Heavy Vehicle Trainer/Assessor 100k Sup Join the ACE Training team on a salary of $100k per annum + super. This role requires a high degree of mobility as training can be delivered offcampus and in other regions. ACE, founded in 2001, provides heavy machinery and construction training across Gippsland, Victoria. We are recognised by corporations and government agencies and are looking for experienced and professional Heavy Vehicle & HighRisk Work (WorkSafe Individual Assessors) Trainers and Assessors. About the role The position is fulltime with flexible rostering. You will teach courses from 7:45am to 4pm Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work. Teaching Topics Heavy Vehicle MR to HC Work at Heights (desirable) Confined Spaces Entry (desirable) Construction Induction Card (desirable) Forklift (LF) desirable Elevating Work Platform (WP) desirable Earthmoving desirable Key responsibilities Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities) Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/RTO standards and other applicable regulations Supervise students behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation Travel may be required to deliver training offsite Perform other general duties as required Essential criteria CertIV TAE (plus upgrade units if required) Demonstrated vocational experience aligned to the topics being facilitated Be accredited by VicRoads as a Heavy Vehicle Trainer & Tester (or ability to gain accreditation) Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check Australian resident Valid Australian Drivers Licence Benefits Competitive pay ($100k + super) Caring and collaborative work environment Access to digital tools and supportive resources Professional development opportunities Salary sacrificing options #J-18808-Ljbffr
