In this multi-faceted position, you will manage the lead generation, nurture and conversion of prospective students while coordinating a range of community outreach activities with external organisations, such as schools, to achieve Domestic Student targets.Salary and View Position DescriptionHigher Education Office Level 6 | $92,287 - $98,398 p.a.View Position DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesRespond to inquiries from prospective students regarding career options, pathways, course and entry requirements.Undertake project work to plan, develop and coordinate new and continuing initiatives to assist in the recruitment of students.Manage relationships with key stakeholders at schools to build relationships, deliver workshops and increase engagement to showcase Flinders and our courses.Coordinate and participate in domestic student recruitment and career events such as School Visits, Expos, Careers Fairs and University Open Days.Travel between campus and events will be by a university pool car, or kilometre reimbursement if a car is unavailable. We offer some flexibility around work location on non-event days (Bedford Park, City Campus or WFH), but you will be required at the Bedford Park campus every Monday or when other work requires. Any overtime is paid according to Flinders Enterprise Agreement.About YouWith your well-developed sales-oriented approach to customer service, you will drive engagement and increase interest in study pathways at Flinders University by supporting students from initial inquiry. Your excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills will be the key to your success as you demonstrate your ability to liaise with stakeholders and prospective students at various levels.Knowledge of the University''s entry requirements and the SATAC application process.High level computing skills and experience in the use of a computerised student information system.It is expected that the successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
