South Central Truck & Bus, part of the CMV Group, is seeking a highly experienced technician or a current supervisor/leading hand, who is looking to expand and deepen their knowledge by supervising our dedicated team of Technicians based at Wingfield. CMV Care & Peer Support Program for your wellbeing Community involvement through CMV Foundation About the Role Ensure all service work is completed to the highest quality standards, fully and efficiently the first time Ensure technicians produce clear and concise reports detailing all work carried out Complete inspections of work in accordance with the service check sheet Ensure that the workshop area, tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained to a high standard at all times Work as part of a team to maintain company standards for productivity, technician efficiency and recovery rates Practice and promote all OHS regulations ensuring standard operating procedures are adhered to What Were Looking For Experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician with required trade certificate / qualification Previous supervision skills / experience an advantage Current HR licence High level of problem solving / diagnostic skills Excellent ability to impart acquired knowledge to both technicians and apprentices Thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills Attention to detail with a customer focus If you have the skills and experience necessary and want to become an important part of our successful team, then please click apply to submit your cover letter and resume.
