Every team member at Warrigal contributes to this legacy, ensuring it continues to inspire generations to come.The opportunityYou will provide high level administrative, operational and executive support to the CFO, acting as a trusted partner in managing priorities and ensuring effective workflow across the Finance division.This role requires someone who is exceptionally organised, anticipatory, and confident in navigating competing deadlines. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare briefings and correspondence, and act as a key communication hub for the CFOs office. Your judgement, professionalism, and discretion will be critical to your success.Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will also support the preparation of reports, board related materials, submissions, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every step.What youll bringEssential:A Diploma in Business Administration or similar tertiary qualification or related fieldDemonstrated experience in providing high-quality executive administrative and operational support, including executive diary management to proactively support the Executive LeaderExcellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills with the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with staff, the Executive and BoardHigh level of organisational, planning and time management skills with the ability to be flexible to meet competing demands and deadlinesExcellent computer applications skills using Microsoft applications with extensive experience in word processing, presentation, database, and spreadsheet.Ability to undertake research and prepare responses, submissions, and reports for the Executive LeaderHigh level of initiative, actively seeking opportunities and solutions and self motivation with the ability to work with minimal supervisionCurrent Drivers LicencePrevious experience in the aged care industry.What we offer | Recognising your valueFull time, fixed term contract (6 months)Competitive Salary + super + packaging benefits inclusive of ADOs and leave loading.Not For Profit salary packaging benefits pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for youCareer break schemes, additional purchased leave and moreCommitment to on-going professional and career development24/7 access to mental, physical, social and financial support via the LifeWorks appLead with PurposeJoin us in creating a better future for aged care.
