About the facility Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelongs CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Blakiston Lodge is dedicated to caring for people with dementia and mental illness and offers a safe and secure environment, quality nursing, and medical and psychiatric support for residents. About the role Are you a compassionate and resilient Enrolled Nurse with a passion for dementia care? We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Aged Care team, providing exceptional, person-centred support to residents living with dementia and complex behavioural needs. As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse you will: Deliver highquality, personcentred nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, tailored to each residents individual needs. Support residents who exhibit heightened or challenging behaviours with empathy, professionalism, and evidencebased care approaches. Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care staff to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment. Contribute to care planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal clinical and emotional outcomes.
