With 13 clinics spanning Caloundra to Cooroy, we deliver highquality, patientfocused medical imaging and radiology services across the entire region. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customerfocused Medical Receptionist to join our busy front desk team. Working across our Nambour clinics, youll be the first point of contact for patients attending appointments for Xray, Ultrasound, CT and MRI services. The role is fulltime, working a 9day fortnight Monday to Friday between 7:30am 5:00pm. No weekends! What a Typical Day Looks Like Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression Booking appointments and managing patient enquiries Processing patient accounts, Medicare and private health funds Liaising with referrers, doctors and patients regarding appointments and results Participating in team meetings and training sessions Following policies, procedures and workplace health & safety standards About You Previous experience in Medical, Dental, Allied Health, Hospital, Radiology or Medical Imaging reception highly regarded Strong computer skills and experience using booking systems Confidence with medical terminology (or willingness to learn) Professional presentation with excellent communication and patientcare skills A team player who values integrity, respect and professionalism Whats in It for You A career with a leading healthcare provider that truly values its people Paid parental leave, salary packaging and discounted health insurance Subsidised gym memberships and wellness benefits Regular social activities and a supportive, positive team culture Uniforms provided and longterm job stability How to Apply Click Apply to submit your application.
