Specialist - Content Management and DevelopmentBarmincoPerenti Contract Mining is part of the Perenti Group, a diversified global mining services company operating across Australia and internationally.About the roleWe are seeking a Specialist, Content Management and Development to join our Training team in Hazelmere. Reporting to the Superintendent, Content Management and Development, you will support the development and governance of a global standard curriculum for Perenti Contract Mining. This role focuses on creating standardised, end-useroriented learning resources that meet regulatory and client requirements, and that improve safety, productivity, and measurable outcomes across our operations.Key responsibilitiesReview and optimise existing training and procedural documents using a usability (UX) mapping approach.Revise and clarify learning materials by removing outdated content and improving or consolidating existing resources.Critically review training documentation to ensure content is accurate, fitforpurpose, and aligned to operational realities.Collaborate with operational and maintenance SMEs to refine and validate content.Support local adaptation of learning materials to meet regulatory, client, and site requirements.Assist with trialling and implementing improved training delivery techniques with operational teams.Maintain governance processes for training procedures and associated learning content (review cycles, approvals, and document control).Contribute to programs that improve data integrity and support assurance activities.About youDemonstrated experience developing and/or delivering training content in an industrial or mining environment.Strong understanding of training standards and how to balance global consistency with local/site requirements.Proven ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and stakeholders to produce practical, enduseroriented materials.Strong organisational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.Experience in content development and/or relevant industry experience (or equivalent).Operational mining experience.What we offerPermanent, fulltime role based in Hazelmere (no regular travel required).Competitive salary package and development opportunities within a global ASXlisted group.Ongoing training and development.A supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
