Permanent Full TimeAttractive Total Remuneration Package on offerPosition No: 6340About the roleWe are looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to provide strategic support to a dedicated team responsible for facilitating partnerships between Council and the community, delivering community development and youth services, managing creative programs and venues, and leading Councils emergency management and recovery initiatives. This leadership position is diverse and rewarding, offering the opportunity to grow the breadth of your management experience in the local government sector. You will set strategic direction, develop policies and programs, lead community consultation, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, innovative, and responsive service delivery across the department. Other duties may be required under the Emergency Management provisions.About youYou are a values-driven, strategic leader with extensive experience in community engagement, program delivery, and team management.
