You will address issues affecting these communities with sensitivity and insight, fostering meaningful engagement and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide intensive case management and proactive outreach support.Develop robust case plans and coordinate services to build sustainable support networks.Identify and address tenancy issues before they escalate.Engage with stakeholders and contribute to community awareness initiatives.Maintain accurate client records and reporting in line with compliance requirements.About YouQualifications in Human Services/Social Sciences and 23 years experience working with vulnerable individuals and families.Strong knowledge of housing and homelessness systems.Skilled in assessment, outreach, and managing complex issues.Ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal and culturally diverse communities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and ICT skills.Note: The filling of this position is intended to constitute a special/equal opportunity measure under section 8(1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth), section 57 of the Antidiscrimination Act 1996 (NT) and section 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010.Special Measures vacancies are open to everyone including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
