Being a part of the Spiire team, means youll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that brings ideas to life.Heres what youll get to do:Attend site inspection and site meetingsProvide tender and contract administration supportChairing construction site meetingsManaging on-sitecomplianceauditsAssessing variations,completing reports, cost estimationsCoordinating with a diverse range of stakeholders involved in the project including authorities, developers,clientsand contractors.What we are seekingAs the Civil Construction Administrator, you will support the delivery of civil construction projects in the Bendigo and surrounding regions. This is a newly created role offering exposure across both site and office functions, ideal for someone with hands-on civil experience whos looking to build a longer-term career pathway into project management. Youll have experience in land development or infrastructure projects, and you can demonstrate the following:Previous site experience in civil construction, ideally land developmentA solid understanding of construction processes and project workflowsComfortable working across both site and administrative tasksStrong attention to detail and ability to manage documentationAbout the Bendigo TeamSeveral of our senior consultants have been providing specialist consulting services to private and government sector clients in and around Bendigo for almost four decades.
