We have built a team of experienced, passionate people who believe in quality outcomes through forging strong relationships.The RoleThis 12month maternity leave cover role offers the opportunity to step into a key position within Dale Alcock Projects, reporting to the Building Manager and taking responsibility for the full delivery of commercial projects from design concept through to completion.Key duties of this role include:Overall successful delivery of the project in terms of safety, quality, cost, program and client satisfactionFull understanding of all project contractual matters including practical and meaningful communication to the project teamEffective management of project risks and opportunities to identify and establish corrective actions as neededProgram preparation, management and tracking including monthly project reports, cash flow forecasting and tender letter schedulesActive stakeholder management and evaluation to ensure standards are met and project delivery is on trackReview effectiveness of project system for continual improvementThorough understanding of project scope including critical client objectivesEnsure HSEQ management procedures are effectively implemented and proactively drive a strong site safety cultureYouTo be considered for the role you will have;Experience as a Project Manager on commercial projectsTertiary qualification (or equivalent including trade and experience) in a construction discipline such as Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction ManagementSound technical knowledge of various contracting modelsGreat leadership, motivation, and communication skillsExcellent financial/analytical skills and commercial acumenThe ability to work within time restraintsEmbodies the culture and core values of Dale Alcock Projects and the ABN GroupWhy ABNWorking with Dale Alcock Projects and the ABN Group means being part of an organisation that values its people and invests in their growth.
